Emburse Analytics Pro User Types

User Types determine access in Emburse Analytics Pro, including which Dashboard Tiles are available and whether or not users can create Looks and Folders.

• Viewer is the default User Type for all users. Viewers may only view existing Looks and Dashboards.
• Creators may build custom Looks using company data and organize those reports into folders for Viewers to look at. They may also configure which reports are included on the company Dashboard.
• Administrators may run Looks for other users and upgrade or downgrade User Types. Eventually, administrators will have access to the forthcoming Template folder on the Emburse Analytics homepage. There, they may create templates that Creators can use to run basic Looks.

Please Note: A user with administrator permissions in Emburse Certify or Chrome River is not always the same individual who is assigned the Administrator user type in Emburse Analytics.
