Create A New Folder

Creators can add subfolders within existing folders to organize reports and dashboards.

Standard Folders

Emburse Analytics includes the following standard folders.

  • Personal Folder
  • Organizational Folder
  • Emburse Analytics Folder
  • Emburse Analytics Pro Folder, if enabled

Folder Permissions

Subfolders inherit the access permissions of the parent folder.

You cannot create a subfolder with different access permissions than its parent folder.

Create a Subfolder

Follow these steps to create a new subfolder.

  1. Select +Create.

  2. +Create button in the upper navigation bar.

  3. Select Folder from the menu.

  4. Create menu with Folder option selected.

  5. Enter a name for the folder, then select Create.

  6. Create Folder window with name field and Create button.

  7. Confirm the new folder appears in the navigation bar. You can now add reports or dashboards to this folder.
