The Schedules admin screen allows you to view and delete all the standard schedules created for your organization. To view your burst schedules, see the Burst Schedules Admin Screen.
To access the Schedules admin screen, click the
Settings gear in the upper right corner of Emburse Analytics, then click Schedules.View Schedules
You may sort the list by Schedule Name, Dashboard/Look or Owner. Click on a schedule's Dashboard/Look number or name to view the associated dashboard or report.
Double-click on a schedule to view its details.
Delete Schedules
Find the schedule you wish to delete, click the
More Actions button, and select Delete Schedule.On the confirmation screen, click Delete.
Reassign Schedule Owner
When you remove a user via the User Management admin screen in Emburse Analytics, any schedules owned by the deleted user will be deactivated. Therefore, it is important to use the Schedules admin screen to reassign the schedule to another user first. This feature is also useful if an employee has changed roles and should no longer be considered the owner of a given schedule.
1. On the Schedules admin screen, click the
More Options button next to the desired schedule and select Reassign Owner.2. In the Reassign Owner popup, begin typing the name of the new owner in the search box, select it, and click Reassign.
