Schedules Admin Screen

Use the Schedules admin screen to view, manage, and delete standard schedules for your organization.

Access the Schedules Admin Screen

Open the settings menu to access schedule management.

  1. Select the Settings button in the upper right corner of Emburse Analytics.

  2. Select Schedules.

View Schedules

Review schedule details and open associated dashboards or reports.

You can sort the schedule list by name, associated Dashboard or Look, or owner. Select the Dashboard/Look name or number to open the related dashboard or report.

To view schedule details, double-click the schedule.

Delete a Schedule

Delete schedules that are no longer needed.

  1. Locate the schedule you want to delete.

  2. Select the More Actions button, then select Delete Schedule.

  1. On the confirmation screen, select Delete.

Reassign Schedule Owner

If a user is removed through the User management admin screen, any schedules they own are deactivated. Reassign ownership before removing a user or changing role assignments to prevent disruption.

  1. On the Schedules admin screen, select the More Actions button next to the schedule, then select Reassign Owner.

  1. In the Reassign Owner window, enter and select the new owner, then select Reassign.
