Burst Schedules Admin Screen

The Burst Schedules admin screen allows you to view and delete all the burst schedules created for your organization. To view your standard schedules, see the Schedules Admin Screen.

Burst schedules are only available to Emburse Analytics Pro customers. If this screen is blank, either your organization has not yet created any burst schedules or you do not have Emburse Analytics Pro.

To access the Burst Schedules admin screen, click the Settings gear in the upper right corner of Emburse Analytics, then click Burst Schedules.

View Burst Schedules

You may sort the list by Schedule Name, Dashboard/Look or Distribution Look, or Owner.

  • Click on a burst schedule's Dashboard/Look number to view the associated dashboard or report.
  • Click on the Distribution Look name to view the associated report that lists the recipients of this bust schedule.

Double-click on a schedule to view its details. You may also access the schedule's Dashboard/Look or Distribution Look from the details.

Delete Burst Schedules

Find the schedule you wish to delete, click the More Actions button, and select Delete Schedule.

On the confirmation screen, click Delete.

Reassign Schedule Owner

When you remove a user via the User Management admin screen in Emburse Analytics, any burst schedules owned by the deleted user will be deactivated. Therefore, it is important to use the Burst Schedules admin screen to reassign the schedule to another user first. This feature is also useful if an employee has changed roles and should no longer be considered the owner of a given schedule.

1. On the Burst Schedules admin screen, click the More Options button next to the desired schedule and select Reassign Owner.

2. In the Reassign Owner popup, begin typing the name of the new owner in the search box, select it, and click Reassign.
