Enhancements

CHROME RIVER

New Fields Added to Chrome River Reporting Models for Analytics Pro

We have added a number of new fields to Chrome River models in Emburse Analytics Pro to enable more flexible and complete reporting on expenses and invoices.

  • Expense Models: We have added new fields that include all roles assigned to a user that do not begin with “Part Of,” which will be especially useful to those who want to create filters based on the non-Part Of roles. For example, you may exclude expenses belonging to Department Heads who would have a role assigned like DEPT-HEAD/DEPT/<department code>.
  • Invoice Models: Similar to Expense, we have added new fields that include all non-Part Of roles.

New Credit Card Item Type Changes Standard Report

We have added a new standard report called “Credit Card Item Type Changes” that enables users to track when the item type of a credit card transaction is updated once the transaction has been added to an expense report. This report replaces the legacy WebFocus ANALYTICS report called “Firm Paid Changes.”

CERTIFY

New Fields Added to Certify Reporting Models

We have added the email addresses of users and approvers to Certify models to enable Emburse Analytics Pro subscribers to send notification reports via burst schedules.

New Fields Added to Certify AP Reporting Models

We have added a number of new fields to Certify AP models in Emburse Analytics to enable more flexible and complete reporting. These will allow users to report on all approval steps for invoices and purchase requisitions, including who approved each step and the date of the approval.
