System Status Page

Emburse Analytics provides a dedicated public System Status page that offers detailed, real-time information about system availability and performance. The page uses color-coded severity indicators to help administrators quickly understand the current operational state of Analytics services.

Access the System Status Page

The Emburse Analytics System Status page is publicly available and does not require a login.

Understand the System Status Page

The page displays a status bar for each major component of Emburse Analytics. Status is indicated by color.

  • Green: Operational
  • Yellow: Degraded
  • Red: Outage
  • Blue: Maintenance

If there is an active incident, details appear in a banner at the top of the page. When the incident is resolved, the banner is removed and affected components return to a green Operational status.

Previous incidents are listed by month at the bottom of the page for historical reference.

Maintenance vs. Incidents

  • Maintenance is a planned service window for system upgrades or improvements.
  • An incident is unexpected downtime or service disruption.
