Save Your Favorite Dashboards & Reports

Use Favorites in Emburse Analytics to quickly access the dashboards and reports you use most often. You can add or remove favorites at any time.

Your favorites are unique to you. Adding or removing a favorite does not affect other Analytics users.

When you view the contents of a folder, you see a filled heart next to dashboards and reports you marked as favorites. You see an empty heart next to items that are not favorites.

Save a Favorite

You can save a dashboard or report as a favorite from a folder or from the item view.

  1. In a folder, select the heart next to the dashboard or report.

  2. In a folder, select More Actions next to the dashboard or report, and then select Add Favorite.

  4. If you have Creator permissions, open a dashboard or report and select the heart next to the content title.

View Your Favorites

You can view all favorites from the left navigation menu.

  1. In the left navigation menu, select Personal.

  2. Select Favorites.

Use the tabs at the top of the list to filter favorites by All, Folders, Dashboards, or Reports. To find a specific favorite, use the search box.

Remove a Favorite

There are three ways to remove a favorite from the Favorites list or from a folder.

  1. On the Favorites page or in the folder list, select the heart next to the dashboard or report.

  2. Alternatively, you may select More Actions next to the dashboard or report name, and then select Remove Favorite.

  4. If you have Creator permissions, open a dashboard or report and clear the heart next to the content title.
