Introducing the Emburse Assurance Dashboard and Detail Report for Spend Risk Visibility
The Assurance Dashboard and Assurance Detail Report are now available in Emburse Analytics for customers subscribed to Emburse Assurance. These provide visibility into spend risk identified by Emburse Assurance checks.
Users can view which checks are triggered and the associated spend, and they can use the detail report to review individual flagged transactions. The dashboard can also be copied and customized to support organization-specific reporting needs, like filtering by business unit or location.
Who Is It For? Customers with an active Emburse Assurance subscription.
Permissions: Users must have the Audit module enabled on their Enterprise person record to view Emburse Assurance data. In Emburse Enterprise, navigate to Admin > Master Data > People to verify or update permissions.
How to Access: In Emburse Analytics, go to Templates > Assurance Enterprise.
Additional Support: Contact your Emburse Insight Advisor for help customizing the dashboard for your organization.
Amount Dimensions for Flexible Spend Analysis
Amount fields can now be used as both Dimensions and Measures in Emburse Analytics. This allows users to filter by value ranges (for example, Amount < $20) while also viewing total spend within the same analysis.
Previously, this type of analysis required exporting data and performing calculations outside of Emburse Analytics. With this update, users can complete these workflows directly within the platform.
Who Is It For? Analytics users who need to analyze spend by amount thresholds or ranges.
How to Activate: Contact the Emburse Support to enable Amount fields as Dimensions for your environment.
